Do Ear Seeds hurt?

Not usually. The Ear Seeds themselves are gentle and needle-free. You control how much pressure you apply when activating each point. Alike a sore muscle, a point that may need some TLC may be sensitive. Depending on the point and your individual sensitivity, you may notice some tenderness, warmth or sensation during the first 24 hours, which generally settles

How long can I wear Ear Seeds?

We recommend wearing each application for 3–5 days, then removing your seeds and giving your ears a short break before your next application.

They're designed for everyday wear, so you can shower, sleep and go about your normal routine while wearing them.

How often should I use Ear Seeds?

Consistency is key. Some people notice support within days, while others find the benefits become more noticeable with regular use over several weeks. We generally recommend giving yourself around one month of consistent use to experience how Ear Seeds work for you—which is why our collections are designed to provide approximately one month's supply.
